Colin Sale, the Group Tours Manager at ACR Travel, has been organizing and leading group tours to all parts of the world since 1988, and most particularly, more than 50 Study Tours programmed by the Geographical Society of New South Wales. He is currently Vice President of that Society which has been in operation since 1926, the oldest one in Australia.
Besides having been a Geography teacher in High Schools in Australia, England and Canada, and a Lecturer in Teachers Colleges, Sydney University, and at a college in USA, he has been traveling the world for much of his life, and has explored more than 120 countries. His most recent group tours at ACR Travel have been to China, India, the Balkans countries of Europe, Spain and Portugal, Madagascar and other islands of the Indian Ocean, and Bhutan. Future tours are expected to be to Canada and New England in the Colourful Fall of 2011, a repeat tour to the Mekong Valley of Southeast Asia, Myanmar, Scandinavia, America’s National Parks, southern China and Tibet, Romania, and Central America and Cuba.
